Recreating the Theme Catalog

Several years ago, our sister site Design Dabblers offered a catalog of free Drupal themes. After a server move or three (not to mention having neck and back surgery myself) this catalog of themes fell by the wayside. A recently uncovered backup has me looking at recreating this service. Each theme will be updated and released as both Drupal 6 and Drupal 7 themes.

Content Type edits -- no problem. Created a new node -- no problem. Adding node to the main menu threw an error, but it did not seem to be a game stopper ... unitl ... Attempting to promote the newly created node to the front page -- no dice. The node refused to save and threw the following taxonomy related error:
